Light yellow with fine bead.
The nose is big mineral, citrus, strawberries and almond skin.
Vibrating and fresh on the palate with nice overall balance dry with green apple, orange pith, dried apricot, and a touch of cilantro. The finish is long and crisp with a hint of sourdough crust.
