Strawberry notes over a raspberry base with lifted dried violets, black pepper, cured meats, cocao nib, black licorice. Elegant, balanced, fresh with very fine tannin, and medium to high acidity. Drink now to 2030. Pair with grilled meats especially lamb. Tasted 6/5/24 RH
