Earth, chalk, lemon, white peach, marzipan, brioche berry, lemon pith lime pith, close to ethereal.
"L'Extravertie" is 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. Aged on the lees for 10 months in stainless steel vat and oak barrel followed by 3-4 years sur latte. 3g /litre (EXTRA-BRUT) unfined and unfiltered.
