"The NV Brut Nature Rue du Sorbier is from the 1978-planted parcel of Les Gautelleries parcel in Cuchery and a blend of 80% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay. A shy nose does not give away much apart from tender apple and slight breadiness. The slender palate, however, convinces with fine mousse on a slight but delicately flavored body. The ripe yellow apple is gentle, as is that hint of peppery rye bread. Zero dosage.
