"The 2017 Blanc de Noir is captivating, blending richness with a lively personality. A bouquet of mint and curry leaf gives way to crushed green apples and gingery spice. Seductively silky, this flows across the palate with a savory wash of fine bubbles as salty minerals mingle with ripe orchard fruits. Hints of brioche, fennel and brown spice resonate, along with an acid-driven tension, as the 2017 leaves the mouth watering for more. Beautifully done, the 2017 is spicy to the core and packed full of character and complexity. This spent four and half years maturing on the lees.

Tasting notes:
Aging en tirage for over 4.5 years allowed this wine to pick up a nice amount of complexity and richness. Delicate almost creamy mousse, with wet stone minerality with green apple, pear, lemon and hints of berries and cinnamon.
