• Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, 15 to 20 days indigenous yeast fermentation and maceration in open wooden vats. Aged for 18 months in barrel (15% new oak).

Average yield varies between 125 and 290 cases. The name of this lieu-dit comes from a traditional Burgundian word to describe a vineyard surface that a man could hoe in a day.
