• Terroir: East-facing, in a large valley at the base of the Roche of Vergisson, red soils with Jurassic-era limestone rocks
• Viticulture: Organic, biodynamic, plowed by horse
• Vinification: Whole-cluster pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 11 months in barrel (8-10 years old oak), 6 months blending in tank before bottling during the waning moon.
